About Us

You don’t usually struggle with IT because the technology is complicated. You struggle because support feels distant. You log a ticket, wait for a reply, get a fix, and hope the problem does not come back. Too often, it does.
What you really need is a team that understands how you work, what matters to your business, and how to keep things running smoothly without adding stress to your day. You want clear answers, ownership when something goes wrong, and confidence that someone is paying attention before small issues become big ones.
Good IT support is not just about fixing problems. It is about understanding your goals, planning ahead and making sure your technology supports your growth instead of getting in the way.
Below are the people dedicated to supporting your business. Real experts who care about doing things properly and making sure your IT feels reliable, calm and under control every day.

Tom Reveley CITP MBCS

I’m Tom Reveley, the founder of IT Manager Services. I’ve always been curious about how things work, and that curiosity is what pulled me into IT in the first place. I didn’t set out to be “the tech person”, but I found myself naturally drawn to solving problems and helping people make sense of technology. Over the years, I’ve worked in large corporate environments and family-run businesses, and those experiences have shaped how I approach IT today. I believe good IT support should feel straightforward, human and genuinely helpful, not confusing or full of jargon.

These days, I spend as much time educating as I do fixing. I love helping people understand technology so they feel more confident and in control. That passion has recently led me into public speaking, where I share practical, real-world advice on cybersecurity, IT strategy and the everyday challenges businesses, schools and charities face. Whether I’m mentoring someone starting out in IT, speaking to a room full of business owners, or working one-to-one with a client, my aim is always the same, to make technology simpler, safer and far less stressful.

Jenny Reveley MAPM

I’m Jenny, a Director at IT Manager Services, and my role is to make sure everything works just as smoothly behind the scenes as it does for our clients day to day. I’m passionate about people, building strong relationships, and helping businesses grow with technology that genuinely supports them rather than gets in the way.

I’ve worked in project management since 2011, with experience spanning across e-commerce websites, telephone payments and contact centres. With the addition of product management in the payments industry. Over the years, I’ve learned that the success of any IT solution comes down to clear communication, good structure and a well-thought-out process. I enjoy creating order, improving how things work, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, whether that’s during onboarding, ongoing support, or long-term planning.

I believe technology should feel human, approachable and stress-free. I focus on shaping the client journey, refining our processes, and ensuring our brand and service always reflect clarity, care and follow-through. My goal is simple: to help our clients feel supported, understood and confident that their IT is in safe hands.

Colin Forrester

I’m Colin Forrester, and my interest in computers started back in 1982 when my family brought home a Sinclair ZX81. What surprised me most was just how much fun it was. From there, technology kept moving forward and I happily moved with it, from DOS to Windows 3.11 and beyond, eventually building my own PCs from carefully sourced parts.
In 2018, I began helping out in the IT department at my previous job and quickly realised this was something I genuinely enjoyed. It wasn’t just the technology, it was the problem solving and helping people get things working properly.
At the end of 2024, I had the opportunity to switch careers into IT, which I grabbed with both hands. I joined IT Manager Services in January 2025 and haven’t looked back.
My role involves providing proactive remote support, systems monitoring and prevention, troubleshooting issues, carrying out site visits when needed, and of course answering customer calls. I enjoy being the person people can rely on to get problems sorted and keep things running smoothly.
